Delivery & Returns


Unless stated, each item is hand-made to order and will normally take around 14 days to be delivered. During busy periods such as Christmas, it may take a little longer to complete your order, however, we will always contact you after purchase to inform you of an estimated delivery date.

We try to be flexible wherever possible and understand that sometimes, things do get left until the last-minute, we are always forgetting birthdays and anniversaries! If you do require your order for a specific date, or if the normal 14 day processing time is too late, then please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Delivery options (UK)

  • Orders under £30 will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class – FREE
  • Orders over £30 will be sent Royal Mail First Class Signed For – FREE
  • Orders can be upgraded  to Royal Mail Special Delivery (up to 14 working days) – £6.45

Royal Mail 1st Class and 1st Class Signed for mostly deliver next day, but they are not a guaranteed service and can sometimes take up to seven days to be delivered. If you do require your order for a specific date then we highly recommend upgrading to Royal Mail Special Delivery as this is a guaranteed next day service.

Delivery options (International)

  • Royal Mail International Signed For (up to 20 working days) – £9.95

All orders over £30 will require a signature on arrival. If you would like a different postage method, please get in touch. Don’t forget to keep your Paypal receipt or email conformation as proof of purchase.

All orders will be suitably wrapped and presented in either a gift pouch or gift box.



Here at Little Silver Star, we try our hardest to get your jewellery to you in pristine condition, however, sometimes things can go wrong in transit. If your jewellery arrives damaged,  please don’t panic, we will sort it out as quickly as possible. Please get in touch as soon as possible and we will advise you on the next steps.

All non-personalised jewellery can be returned within 30 days of receiving the item for an exchange or refund so long as they are in an un-worn and un-damaged condition. Return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty or we have made a mistake on your order.

We recommend you using a tracked service to return your items as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. We will process refunds within 30 days of receipt and will refund using the original payment method.

Please do not send anything back to us without contacting us first. Always put a note in the package with your contact details and return address so that we know who the item belongs to.

Personalised items or commissions that are specifically tailored to your requirements are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty. This includes rings that are the wrong size, therefore, we highly recommend that you read our sizing guide before making your purchase.
